the men in blue

people (probably high-school age) dressed in blue run around everywhere in this place. they're the lowest-level workers here at the ASCI campus. their service is probably a small reason that i'm paying so damn much for this silly (but great) place. anyway, when i look at one of them, the dude seems to be either scared out of his mind or just totally confused. i'm sorry, but i can't help but laugh every single time i see or think of one of them. i'm not sure what it is, but that complete urgency is just hilarious to me. i know i shouldn't laugh. but i can't help it. the night after jenna and ralph arrived through their 3 day travel nightmare, one of the blue guys walked up to jenna's room and said, "water." it must have been one of 25 english words that he knew. he then handed jenna a piece of paper that had 'Rs. 30,000' written on it. In other words, '$750.00' He said again, "water, ma'am." Baffled, Jenna smiled and shook her head. I then watched as this guy slowly, carefully, wrote out, in very nice script on the same piece of paper, 'water.' He handed the paper to her again, and she just let out small laugh and shook her head again. The guy gave up and walked away. We never heard about it again.

Didn't you realize that poor fellow needed water? Unbelievable.
